A stay with mixed feelings
The location was excellent, just steps from the vibrant shopping district. Our room was stylish and comfortable, providing a calm retreat from the city’s hustle.
Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. The front desk staff seemed indifferent, and key card access to the elevators was poorly explained, causing confusion.
